Greetings,
The most common questions I receive begin with the phrase "What
is the best. . . " Though this is certainly very subjective to
say the least, after treating thousands of people, clear patterns
have emerged and are consistent. As such, today's eNewsletter
will focus on a list of the Bests and a couple of the Worsts from
the world of Natural Medicine.

Best one supplement to take for the majority of people: This is a
very difficult choice but I would go with Royal Jelly. Royal
Jelly is loaded with B vitamins and is the most successful immune
boosting substance known. Best substance for the: Liver - that
would be Bupleurum (edging out Milk Thistile). Bupleurum detoxes
the liver but has the added feature of emotional balancing of the
liver. Heart - I would go with Cardio Plus. This is a multi
ingredient substance that actually helps to rebuild the heart
muscle. Lungs - Hands down would be Astragalus. This powerful
herb is specific for strengthening the lungs and is also a great
immune system booster. Should NOT be used if a pathogen is
present however. Spleen - Hyssop is the most successful substance
to balance the spleen and improve digestion. Kidney - Albaplex
helps to strengthed both the kidneys and the bladder Most
beneficial fruit: A fresh, juicy pineapple is the clear choice.
It is loaded with enzymes (particularly Bromelain which is used
in the treatment of arthritis) and provides "qi" or energy to all
major systems. Mango would be #2. Most beneficial meat: My first
answer would be buffalo but since that is difficult to find, I
would then go with turkey. Unlike its hormone laced friend
(chicken), turkey meat is usually not nearly as processed and
provides excellent protein and some healthy fats. Best cooking
oils: We have a tie here. Extra virgin olive oil (no surprise)
and Coconut oil. Both are high in Omega 3's, the key to lowering
inflammation.

Poor digestion is a contributing factor to over 90% of all
diseases! It is also the most treatable and the most preventable.
A quality diet along with a digestive aid such as Pancreatin is

Most beneficial vegetable: Asparagus. This veggie has tremendous

healthy. Plus it is really an enjoyable experience. Best advise:
