You have heard the phrase "timing is everything."

Such is certainly the case with health care, natural medicine in particular. Each organ has a 2 hour block of time associated with it. During this time period, the organ is at its peak functioning. At it opposite end is when it is the weakest. For example, the stomach is at its strongest at 7am - 9am (which is why breakfast is so highly recommended) and weakest during the 7pm - 9pm period. How is this information useful? If you are having a problem that is difficult to identify, notingthe time period can assist you in finding the root cause of the problem.
