- Commit to eating more fat, as in much more. Add avocado, olive oil, coconut oil and juice, butter (organ, grass fed), nuts particularly almonds and macadamia, greek yogurt, peanut and cashew butter, salmon, salmon and more salmon, cream cheese etc. Make these the focal point. Then protein. Then some carbs. This is the mindset.
By doing this, you will turn your body from a “sugar burning machine” into a fat burning machine.
2. Start the day with a shake consisting of: Whey protein, kale or spinach, a pat of butter OR almond butter and cacao powder. A raw egg is optional as well but there are some risks involved so you decide on this one.
