Anatomy of Depression: Part 2

There were quite a number of questions and as such, I have included a special follow up.

Q: You mentioned that the kidneys and fear are related. What can I do about getting my kidneys stronger?

A: Yes, the energy of the kidneys and the emotion of fear are related; that is, when the kidney energy is weak, fear or anxiety will be pronounced. The strange this is that you may not really be afraid of anything (though it feels that way). It just may be a weakness of that energy.

Q: I always feels anxiety. What can I do?

A: Words build your world. It is unlikely you “always” feel anxiety. You undoubtedly feel it at time. Start to identify patterns — when it happens, what did you do, location etc. Any information. 

Many anxieties are often a result of food intolerances. It is a “cousin” so to speak, of allergies. When you eat something that does not agree with your system, the body will release the hormone cortisol. This is the anxiety maker. That is why it is a great idea to keep a log of this.

Q. I noticed that when I started following the program you suggested for kidney strengthening, my low back and knees started to feel better. Why?

A: The skeletal system is directly related to the kidney energy (as are the teeth, hair and hearing). When you strengthen this energy, it is not surprising that the joints of the lower torso are healing. Wonderful!
