Extracted from the Asian plant called Konjac, Glucomannan is more than just a typical fiber. Studies show that upon contact with water, it expands to some 200 times its volume. This creates a soft, bulky mass that imparts a sense of full-ness with the individual. It also has a tremendously positive impact on the metabolism.
