How to Keep Your Fat Loss Commitment Even At Work

1.  Every 20 minutes, stand up and stretch. Many times, pains (particularly back pain) is misinterpreted by the brain as hunger. Sounds odd, but it is true. Basically, any type of tension will trigger feelings of needing foods, particularly sugar-laded ones. 

2. Stimulate your senses. Coffee is the choice of many and it can be a good one. Skip the mocha and go right for the americano (with arabica beans). It stimulates the brain, weakens hunger pangs and dampens pain receptors. Keep it at 2 cups or less though. Over-indulgence will weaken the adrenals glands.

3. CoQ10. Bring a bottle of Co Enzyme Q10 to work with you. Coffee weakens the sugar cravings and CoQ10 will “extinguish” the remainder. It also energizes the body and when carbs are consumed, creates a much calmer feeling (versus the hyper one). 

4. Cinnamon. Use cinnamon on . . .well, almost anything. Cinnamon is an exceptional herb which balances the blood sugar and even more importantly, warms the kidney energy. The kidneys are considered the “battery pack” of the entire body. Keep them strong and you will be energized, creative and happy through the day.
