Most Complete General Protocol for Fat Loss

I typically do not like this type of approach for fat loss. Nevertheless, based on my experienced in treating fat loss, it is the most effective.

On the flip side, it is the most common question I get. On the one side are a variety of health and wellness questions from A to Z. On other side is weight loss questions. They are about equal.

My believe is that in order to have the greatest success, nutritional programs must be personalized and individualized. You may start with a general base, but have to adjust from there.

Here is the general base:

  • Vitamin C, 1-2g
  • Cinnamon, after each meal
  • Vitamin D, 3K IU
  • Zinc, taken by itself. 60mg
  • Chromium, prior to each meal
  • Magnesium, 600mg
  • Digestive enzyme, 2 with each meal and 1 in between meals.

The next question I typically get is “Well, what about _______”

As stated in the introduction, you must personalize and individualize, otherwise you will not get the benefits and results you deserve. That is why I offer phone consultations and have gone into details in Dr. Orman’s Wellness School.
