Omega 7’s: The Fatty Acid You Don’t Know But Really Should

Fatty acids are needed for life because they are the cell’s primary energy source. They also serve as the structure of the cell itself. Including healthy fatty acids in your diet goes a long way to improve health and overall wellness.

Most people consume plenty of Omega 6’s. Few consume enough Omega 3’s which is why I have been recommending the increased consumption of fish and nuts for years now. Toss olive oil in the mix too.
