Stop Already! You are driving yourself nuts with all of the information, data, facts, statistics, reports and materials that you are reading. It is too much.

By being constantly bombarded with facts, opinions and data, 2 things happen:

a. Your heart is forced to work harder by a part of the brain called the cerebellum is weakened due to overwork and undernourishment. The cerebellum is the “battery pack of the brain” and your brain fog, forgetfulness or depression is the end result of this.

b. The liver gets congested with too much information, creating excessive heat. The heat irritates the heart and causes it to overwork, creating a pattern of fatigue, insomnia, obsessive thinking and depression.

There was a doctor from the U of PA, Lyle Ungar who did extensive work on life expectancy and came up with this simple list of factors for staying healthy.

1. Don’t smoke. If you do, set up an appointment with me via Skype and I guarantee you that you will stop.

2. Do not drive drunk.

3. Wear a seat belt.

4. Exercise more.

5. Cultivate a healthy relationship.

6. Eat well most of the time.

No tweeting, textings, listening to talk radio, TV or anything of this nature. One full day.
