Tasty Way To Melt Belly Fat

  • Sliver of ginger

This one is great for digestion and building the blood

  • Flax seed or chia seeds
  • Walnuts
  • Cinnamon
  • Carrots or organic carrot juice

If you like Carrot cake, you will like this one. Very good for elevating the immune system.

An ideal time is after a workout or at the 3pm mark, typically when blood sugar goes down a bit for most.
