The Only Eating/Diet Guidelines You Will Ever Need

With Summer not that far away, many are planning or re-starting their fat loss/weight loss plans.
Stop. It is most likely not going to work. Sorry to be the bearer of such news but I gather you want truth versus blind hope. 
If you are looking at a diet, a plan or a method, it may work short term and 2 years from now, you will be wondering what happening. So what is the solution. .. as in permanent solution? Now THAT is a great question and a great place for to launch.
Stop the notion of dieting. Delete the word and the concept from your wonderful grey matter. Implied in this is that one will do XYZ for a period of time and then go back to the way it was. Many people do this with dieting and that is why they are wondering what happened 2 years from now. There is a solution.
Ready? Following these guidelines. They are not exotic, sexy or hyped. All they will do is create a healthy, visually appealing physique.
1. Eat based upon how you move; that is, if you train/exercise/move a lot, eat more. If you do not, eat less. 
2. Consume more protein as protein will burn fat.
3. Eat more greens.
4. Drink a lot of water.
5. Consume foods that are high in Omega 3s.
6. Exercise daily. Not just 3 times a week. Daily. And sit less and move more.
Most importantly, follow your passion in life. 
“But I have heard these before.” Great, so you know what to do and how to go about doing it.
“But I have 50 pounds to lose.” Be it 5 or 50 or 150, start somewhere. Start here. 
No matter what thought obstacle comes your way, these are the answers that work. In fact, they are the ONLY answers that work. Research has proven this. History has shown this and most likely, you already know this.
So be kind to yourself. Take steady and consistent action and be prepared for a new you!
